Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs only an email address, and paid trials don't ask for card details until you decide to continue.
What happens when I hit my product limit?
Tracking continues for the products you already have, and we'll prompt you to upgrade before adding more. Nothing is deleted and no data is lost.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of your current period. We prorate the difference either way.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front and save 20% against the monthly rate. The yearly total is shown under each price when the annual toggle is on.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. GST invoices are issued for every payment and are available from your billing page.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards, and NEFT or bank transfer for annual Enterprise plans.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancel within the first 14 days of a paid plan and we'll refund in full, no questions asked. After that your plan simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a discount for non-profits or students?
Yes. Write to us from your organisation or institution email and we'll set you up with a reduced rate.
