What marketplaces do you support?
Amazon India and Flipkart today. Shopify and WooCommerce support is in development and will land for all paid plans at no extra cost.
How often are prices updated?
Daily at 12 AM IST on Free, Starter and Pro, so your morning report reflects overnight changes. Enterprise plans get real-time tracking with hourly checks.
Can I export the data?
Yes. CSV export is available on Starter and above, covering any date range you've been tracking. Enterprise adds API access if you'd rather pull it programmatically.
What if I reach my product limit?
Upgrade to a higher plan and the new limit applies immediately. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and we prorate the difference.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs nothing but an email address, and paid trials don't ask for card details until you decide to continue.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. Paste your product links, pick the competitors you want watched, and choose a delivery time for your report. No integration or developer work required.
Is my pricing data kept private?
Yes. We only track publicly listed marketplace prices, and your product list and reports are visible only to your account. We never share seller data between accounts.
Can I cancel any time?
Any time, from your account settings. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee — your plan simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
